Core Residential Product Transfer Rates
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products have been increased by up to 0.23%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products for loans >£600k at 90% LTV have been withdrawn.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products with a £499 fee at 90% LTV maximum loan size has increased to £1,000,000.
