Before you start
You can apply online if:
- The initial period ends in 4 months or less
- It’s a like-for-like product transfer
- You’re registered on our panel
- Your client’s mortgage sort code starts with 82
Initial period ending soon?
Apply before the 15th of their maturity month to make sure their new deal starts on time.
Apply later and they might move onto SVR briefly while their new deal is set up.
Other types of applications
Sort codes starting 05 or changing the term? Currently, we can only process these product transfers internally. Please ask your client to call us directly instead.

Good to know
- 0.2% procuration fee paid on all successful product transfers
- No early repayment charges on lump sum credits during the last 3 months before a new deal starts
- Clients can only borrow back overpayments in the last 3 months before their new deal starts
- Any valuations we instruct are for Clydesdale's use only
