We offer a hassle-free product transfer service. Applications can be made up to 4 months before maturity and you can start an application on our website.
Following receipt of your application, we will usually send a mortgage offer within 3 days to you and your client, they will then have 10 days to reflect on the offer (you can accept this earlier if they are happy with it). At the end of the reflection period we will arrange for completion to occur at the expiry of their current rate or as soon as possible if their deal has already ended.
A product transfer may not be available in very limited circumstances (e.g. an account is in arrears or has a consent to let).
